WAS IST DAS INFRALAB?

InfraLab Berlin ist ein langfristiges Co-Working- & Co-Creation-Projekt der Berliner Infrastrukturunternehmen: BSR, BVG, Berliner Wasserbetriebe, GASAG, Stromnetz Berlin und Vattenfall Wärme Berlin.

Nachhaltigkeit und eine bessere Lebensqualität stehen im Fokus dieser Innovationswerkstatt. Damit soll ein wichtiger Beitrag für die städtische Entwicklung geleistet werden, denn das InfraLab dient nicht nur den eigenen Aktivitäten der sechs Partner, sondern auch der Umsetzung von Smart City Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Politik, Industrie und Wissenschaft.
Das InfraLab ist ein Denk- und Arbeitsraum, ein Ort für Experimente. Fehler als Teil des Prozesses sind erlaubt. Das InfraLab steht für die Weiterentwicklung visionärer Ideen für ein nachhaltigeres Berlin. Dabei setzen die beteiligten Firmen bewusst auf den Dialog und die Kooperation mit ausgewählten Partnern und schaffen durch das InfraLab einen einzigartigen Ort des Austausches und der Ideenschöpfung.
Im InfraLab werden dabei nicht nur die Räumlichkeiten, sondern die gesamte Koordination der Aktivitäten gebündelt, damit die Handelnden eine optimale Arbeitsumgebung vorfinden. In dieser Umgebung wird ein effektives Co-Working ermöglicht und der Aufbau der Infralab Community für innovative Problemlösungen vorangetrieben werden. Das InfraLab Berlin stellt einen Meilenstein im Umgang mit Problemlösungen der Zukunft für den Umweltsektor dar.

WHAT IS THE INFRALAB?

InfraLab Berlin is a long-term co-working project of the major infrastructure companies BSR, BVG, Berliner Wasserbetriebe, GASAG, Stromnetz Berlin and Vattenfall Wärme Berlin.

Sustainability and a better quality of life are the focus of this innovation workshop. The aim is to make an important contribution to urban development, as InfraLab not only serves the own activities of the six partners, but also the implementation of smart city projects in close cooperation with politics, industry and science.
The InfraLab is a space for thought and work, a place for experiments. Errors as part of the process are allowed. InfraLab Berlin stands for the further development of visionary ideas for a more sustainable Berlin. In doing so, the participating companies deliberately rely on dialogue and cooperation with selected partners and create a unique place for exchanges and ideas through the InfraLab Berlin. In the InfraLab Berlin, not only the premises, but the entire coordination of the activities are brought together, so that those taking part work in an optimal environment. In this environment effective co-working is made possible and the establishment of the Infralab community for innovative problem solving is promoted. The InfraLab Berlin represents a milestone in dealing with problem solving for the future for the environmental sector.
